Refund and Returns Policy

At Glamorous Design, we strive to deliver high-quality furnishings, marble, and doors that meet your expectations. We understand that certain circumstances may necessitate a return or exchange, and we have established a clear policy to assist you. Please read this policy carefully.

Furnishings

  • Returns and Exchanges: Furnishings can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Custom-made or specially manufactured furnishings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • Return/Exchange Process:
    1. Please contact us via email or phone to submit a return or exchange request, providing us with purchase details and a description of the issue (if any).
    2. We will arrange an inspection of the product to ensure it meets the return/exchange conditions.
    3. Upon approval, the return or exchange process will be arranged. For returns, the paid amount will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 business days from the approval date of the return.

Marble

  • Returns and Exchanges: Due to the natural characteristics of marble, returns or exchanges for marble are accepted only within 3 days from the date of receipt, and only in cases of a clear manufacturing defect or significant damage incurred during shipping.
  • Important Notes:
    • Marble must be inspected immediately upon receipt, and any damage or defect must be reported without delay.
    • We are not responsible for any damage to marble after installation or due to misuse.
    • Natural variations in color, patterns, and veins in marble are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange Process:
    1. Damage or defects must be reported within the specified period with clear photographic evidence.
    2. We will assess the situation and make an appropriate decision for return, exchange, or repair of the damage.
    3. If a return is approved, the amount will be refunded or the product replaced as agreed.

Doors

  • Returns and Exchanges: Doors can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of receipt, provided that the doors are in their original condition, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Custom-designed or specially sized doors cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Return/Exchange Process:
    1. Contact us to submit a return or exchange request.
    2. The doors will be inspected to confirm their condition.
    3. Upon approval, the return or exchange process will be arranged. The paid amount will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 business days for returns.

General Provisions

  • Shipping Fees: In case of a return or exchange due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will bear the shipping fees. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees.
  • Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase (invoice or payment receipt) must be provided for all returns and exchanges.
